The old Coast Guard Pier in Winchester Bay, Oregon. Winchester Bay is an unincorporated community in Douglas County, Oregon, United States.
This pier and storm set the stage for some very cool dramatic photographs. This was only a 28 second long exposure, post processed in black and white.
